Tarte Haul!
Tarte had an amazing sale with free shipping a couple weeks ago and I couldn't help myself! Most of the items I got are new to the Tarte line.
Limited-edition lights, camera, splashes™ 4-in-1 waterproof mascara - $20
Excited to try this! I have a love-hate relationship with the Light Camera Lashes. I love the way it makes my lashes look but it flakes and gets into my eyeballs. :( I don't know if it I got a bad one or if that's just how it is or what... but I've watched and read so many reviews raving around the Light Camera Splashes that I had to give this another go!
Clean Slate Timeless Smoothing Primer - $39
This product was a total splurge and gamble. I read so many great reviews that I just had to give this a chance. With the sale Tarte had on their website it made this product much more reasonable. It claims to be a blurring/smoothing primer that "turns back the hands of time". We shall see! I have alot of acne scaring and large pores so if this baby works well, it'll be my new holy grail primer.
Colored Clay Tinted Brow Gel (Rich Brown) - $21
I just used this today for the first time and was very impressed. It's an easy and natural way of doing my brows. Rich brown was a prefect match; not too red or black. It reminded me of Benefit's Gimme Brow. Also, I love the size of the applicator.
Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush (Captivating & Exposed) - $26
Tarte blushes are a cult favorite in the beauty world but they are kind pricey. They are definitely a treat for me. So I decided to pick up a shade that I've been eying forever, which was exposed. I regret not having this earlier! It's so natural and goes with everything. Captivating is a newer blush that's prefect for summer. I enjoy both blushes very much!
Thanks for looking/reading~

ReplyDeleteI am so jealous! We don't get Tarte around here :-( I've been eyeing the Amazonian Clay blushes since forever.
ReplyDeleteAww, that makes me so sad to hear! :(
DeleteI have to agree - Exposed is such a gorgeous blush that goes with everything! Captivating looks stunning, too! Good luck with the new mascara. It's never good when chunks fall into your eyes, lol! I hope this version is the bomb!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with Exposed. Where have you been all my liiiife?!
