Maybelline came out with some eye catching new products last month and I just couldn't resist! These are just a few that I've tried. Since this post I have bought a couple other things... help me.
Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder - I'm on the fence about this product. I absolutely loved the Maybelline's Dream Matte Powder (which I just found out is discounted...) and I was hoping for great things from this. My first concern was color matching. There are alot of color choices available which is a wonderful thing but... it was so hard to pick the best match for me. I ended up going with #60: Sandy Beige. I felt the colors ran very dark. The next thing I noticed about this product is the mess it causes. There's a great deal of fallout which just creates a sandstorm. As a setting powder it does okay. Nothing outstanding, it does the job. And as a powder foundation I found it looked great a first but as the day went on, I looked like a oily messy. :( I just don't know about this Maybelline, I want my Dream Matte back...
Maybelline Master Hi-Light Powdered Blush - Maybelline came out with 4 new powder blushes with a mosaic tiling design. The blush I picked up as 40: Mauve. This blush does have simmer. There is no avoiding it that but I enjoy the shimmer. It's not over powering. This blush is VERY pigmented and it contain alot of fallout just like the Dream Wonder Powder. The fallout is the only negative. I definitely plan on picking up more colors.
Maybelline Master Glaze Blush Stick - The consistency and color of this is amazing. I first picked up 40: Warm Nude and it acts as a wonderful higher on my checks. This product blends smoothly and doesn't feel heavy on the checks. I often don't look at cream blushes but this review by Emily convinced me. There are 6 shades total and I plan on getting more. :)
Thanks for looking/reading~
