Naughty Nautical and Orly Luxe

I went into Target last week and came across Essie's Summer 2013 collection. I loved every color! It was so hard to resistant buying every single color (I WILL be back for them...).  I ended up picking up the shade Naughty Nautical. It's a teal blue polish with a hit of shimmer. Application was wonderful. Only took 2 coats. So far this manicure has last 4 days with very minimal chipping. Very happy with this polish. :)

Orly's Luxe has been in my collection for a long time and is always been a favorite. It such a wonderful metallic to work with. Easy to apply and remove. And I love how it's not a high shine gold, like BAM IN YO'FACE. It's just a really great accent gold that doesn't take all the attention away from the second polish color.

ULTA/Random Haul

Follow me on instagram @devonstinson

I went to ULTA last week and instagram'd a photo of my ULTA haul, which inspired me to do a post on my blog! I haven't blogged in so long and that disappoints me. I got a beautiful new camera for Christmas which I am still learning how to use... ANWAYS -- ULTA is having an amazing triple point promotion going on, if you are a Platinum member. Great way to earn points for these high dollar items, it's how I got 25 dollars off of my Clarisonic!

Stila Eyeshadow - Kitten
First item I got from ULTA was a Stila eyeshadow in Kitten. It's a beautiful nude campaign color. Great for just sweeping over the lids. I'm not a huge eye make up lady but when I do want some color, I want it to be easy. I heard such great things about this shadow. Can't wait to give it a try!

NYX - Matte Blotting Paper
Nothing really special. I just needed some blotting sheets.I love the <3 sticker!

L'oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray
I've heard wonderful things about this hair spray. Supposedly, it's suppose to supply great holding power, without making one's hair feel  "crunchy". I picked up the mini version to see how I like it.

Too Faced Primed & Poreless
I have been on the hunt for the prefect makeup primer for oily skin. Currently I'm using Benefit Porefessional, which is great but I feel like there is something better out there for me. I just need to find it! The great and powerful google recommended this (Too Faced Primed & Poreless), Veil Mineral Primer, and Smashbox Photo Finish Light. I have a sample of the Veil Mineral Primer from Sephora, which I have been testing all last week. So far, it's UH-MAZING but the price tag makes me SAD (52 dollars?!)! If I can find something that works almost as great but is cheaper, that would be wonderful. I will be giving the Too Faced Primed & Poreless face primer a try this week. :)

Real Techniques Travel Essentials and Setting Brush
I have heard SO many good things about these brushes. I was so excited to buy these. They are super soft and I love how the tips are white, so you can see how dirty it really is. When the brush hairs are all black, it is so hard to judge if it needs to be cleaned. I can't not wait to use these all over my FAAAACE!

NYX - State Matte but Not Flat
Very excited to try out this foundation. I always love NYX products but this will be the first foundation I've ever tried by them. Anything that adversities "Matte" finish, I am all about. My face seems to be a hot oily mess. :( I ended up picking up the shade Medium Beige. It was the closest I could get to my skin tone. The shades they offer seem to be on the orange side. Reminds me of Mac Studio Fix Fluid. We will see how this works out.

Batiste Dry Shampoo - Sassy, Daring and Wild
This was a re-purchase. I L-O-V-E this stuff! This stuff is amazing in-between washes and it smells soooooo good! The only thing I dislike about this product is how fast I go through it. Feels like I'm re-purchasing this every month. Or... maybe I use it too much, haha!

Formula 10.0.6 - Down to the Pore
Haven't used any type of pore strip in years but my poor nose just looks like the moon. A very greasy moon... :( I thought I would give these a try. I love anything with tea tree. My face seems to respond very well to it. I'm a little disappointed that this box only has 6 strips.

Hard Candy - All Glossed Up
I can't remember where or who, but I watched a YouTude video where this was recommended. It's from the Hard Candy makeup line, that is only sold in Walmart... *shutters*. But I love, love, love, crayon like lip products. Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is my absolute favorite!

Maybelline - Dream Matte Powder
This is also a repurchased. I picked this up while at Walmart. This is my FAVORITE setting powder. The packaging is a little bulky but that's a small price to pay for the amazing-ness of the product. :)

Essie - Naughty Nautical
Went to Target as well. I had to control myself. Essie's new summer 2013 line was out and I wanted to buy EVERY color. I decided to just go with one and treat myself to the rest later... ugh, self control is terrible!

Has a slight shimmer.

E.L.F - Jumbo Eyeshadow Stick
E.L.F. was my doorway to the makeup world. It has amazing products and tools, at affordable prices. I still to this day use many of the E.L.F. blushes and brushes. I picked up these Jumbo Eyesdow Sticks I saw on an endcap display at Target. I love my NYX's Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencils, so I thought I would give these a try.

Well, that's it for my Ulta/random haul post. :) Thanks for looking/reading!

Have you used any of these products?
